The Cysgliad 3 package (including a Welsh spell checker, grammar checker, dictionary and thesaurus) is now available on all PCs configured by LIS.   It is also on student PCs on the network.  To install it on your PC:

  1.  
    • Close all Microsoft Office Applications, including Word.
    • Open the folder “Novell Delivered Applications”.
    • Click on “Microsoft Office 2003 Suite”.
    • Click on the Cysgliad icon.
    • Click on “Yes” when asked if you wish to install Cysgliad
    • When you next open Word the Cysgliad icons should be on the toolbar.

Cysgliad is easy to use, but a brief introduction to it will be given in PC Room 3 at 12 on Tuesday 17 June in the Library and Information Centre if there is demand. Please let me know by Tuesday 10 June if you wish to come to this.   If this date is inconvenient but you would like an introduction to the use of Cysgliad, please contact me.
